Marder Trawling‘s Seafood Food Safety program, is based around our annually audited HACCP plan. It covers all of the FDA and EU food safety requirements for the primary production and processing of all our seafood. We are also starting our GSFI (BRC7) audit. We should be GSFI audited by winter of 2015. Marder Trawling has always been a leader in the field of food safety in the industry. Marder Trawling has received an "Excellent" rating from Silliker, Inc. Silliker is the leading international network of accredited food testing and consulting laboratories.
